Yep! That’s right…it’s Old School Friday! The first of many more to come!

First up is one the best female groups of all time. Their vocals and harmonizing was always sharp and on point. There hasn’t been a group yet that could compare with their classiness.
It was 1994 and I was kicking it with a sexxy, dark chocolate brotha named Marcus Y and this this first video brought back a lot of memories, none of which will be shared here. 😉 The first line of the song also reminded me of “Theresa” mentioned in the post “My New Hero – A Real Ride or Die Chick”.
I always did like Heavy D…back then, the Overweight Lover could get it. What? Don’t sleep on the BON DIDDILY DIDDILY DIDDILY DIDDILY DEEEEEEEE…(tee hee hee)

We Got Our Own Thang!!
After the morning I had at work today, I needed a shot of Patron! But since I’m not into drinking alone nor to ease any emotional pain, I decided against it. Instead I decided to reminisce on some childhood memories that made me smile.
Saturday morning cartoons. Well, it wasn’t so much the cartoons I remember but rather the School House Rock educational “diddies” that played in between the cartoons.
